MAKES HONEY AS A VALUABLE FOOD PRODUCTS

Honey is one of the most natural substances. It is a thick,gluey and sweet tasting liquid.Honey bees collect nectar from flowers and store it in their hive, where it is processed with their digestive juices.It is then extracted using traditional methods or a mechanical  honey extractor. Although honey is preferred in its raw form. Commercially you can also find pasteurized,strained,ultrasonicated and dried honey. Honey is a natural energy booster and Immunity builder. It has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It helps to lower cholesterol level, it also helps in increasing antioxidants in the blood and so it helps to prevent heart diseases. 

                                 

       

HONEY TOAST

Honey toast is one of the few sweat things that are good for improve the helth.Tost a slice of bread and spread a layer of honey along the piece of toast. Now spread peanut butter.

 FRUIT SALAD

Make a salad and give it a different flavor with just a touch of honey. The honey enhance the sugar in the fruit and makes fruit salad an ideal summer dessert. One of the recipes could be a combination of nectars, basil and honey. Mix them together and enjoy the fruit salad.

Use the famous milk and honey remedy to fall asleep quickly.

Add a teaspoon of honey to a glass of hot milk. Honey releases serotonin(a neurotransmitter that improves your mood),and "the body converts serotonin into melatonin(a chemical compound that regulates the length and quality sleep)",says Dr.Manoj K.Ahuja,Sukhda hospital.

Honey and dates along with goats milk and a pinch of cardamom powder is a good aphrodisac.It also help to maintain eye health, quite effective in guarding against the problem of night blindness.

                                                    


HERBAL DRINK

Make herbal drink that has base of tulsi tea,an adaptogen which helps your body adapt stress and boost athletic endurance. The addition of raw honey and sea salt in the drink lowers harm full stress hormones.

                                              

BREAKFAST FOODS

One of the way you can make your breakfast delicious is by tossing fresh fruit chunks in honey. Sweetened low-fat 'plain yogurt.

Another option is of spreading almond butter on a brown rice cracker and drizzle honey over it

.CARAMEL SAUCE

Make a caramel sauce using the honey instead of sugar. Place the butter in to a heavy-based saucepan and heat it gently. Now added two spoon of honey and cream.Stir constantly for 15 minutes.Remove once the sauce is thickened.

                                                         

DATES "N" HONEY

 Chop up the fresh dates,pit them of their seeds, and immerse them a container of honey. Then mix well store in a air-tight container or glass bottle in a room temperature.(don't refrigerate)
